1. Site survey. We measure the opening, check headroom and side room, look at the structure the guides will fix to, and check the power at the opening.
2. Specification and quote. Door, drive, safety devices, electrical work and any structural work, priced as separate lines.
3. Manufacture. Built to the measured opening, assembled and cycled in the workshop.
4. Installation. Guides plumbed, barrel levelled, curtain tracked, drive set and tested.
5. Handover. Operation, manual release and maintenance explained to whoever will use it.

On a property forty kilometres out, a missed dimension or an unnoticed power problem costs a whole extra trip. We survey thoroughly, check the things that usually go wrong, and confirm the specification in writing before anything is manufactured. We assess what the guides will fix to, quote any bracing or steel separately, and set the barrel and box clear of the swept path of the machinery that uses the opening. The industrial buildings there are purpose-built and now decades old. We measure what is there, assess the steel around the opening, and build the door to suit the building in its present condition rather than the one on the original drawing.
